We have recently restructured into different business units in order to focus on what we believe are our strengths and where we can make a difference by providing optimal solutions for our customers.

PAUBENN PROPERTIES has the expertise to offer engineering service to mining companies, government organizations, non-government organizations (NGO’s) & industrial companies.  These services range from the initial consultation, planning and design, through to the implementation, commissioning, ongoing maintenance and support of the overall project.

We are committed to sharing our intellectual capital and expertise by developing relationships and partnering with other black owned enterprises, thereby providing and delivering solutions and skills to our clients who are operationally controlled through equity participation.

PAUBENN PROPERTIES is owned by skilled and competent men from different industries; the company is Broad Base, controlled and managed business. The company is based in eMalahleni and it will be expanding in the province as the business needs arises. We aim to establish an organization that will not only benefit the company’s individually but also to provide platforms and opportunities to the previously disadvantaged, disable individuals in the business sector to realize their full potential. We plan to employ local people as part of our job creation strategy.
